2. What Wayplit provides
Wayplit is a flight-search aggregator that helps groups of travellers find destinations reachable from multiple cities. We display live prices sourced from third-party providers. We do not sell flights, issue tickets, or act as a travel agent.
3. Price accuracy
Flight prices shown are provided in real time by our data partner and are subject to availability and change without notice. Wayplit makes no warranty that any price displayed will still be available when you click through to book. Always verify the final price on the airline or booking site before purchasing.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape or systematically download content from Wayplit without permission
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
- Impersonate another person or entity
5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Wayplit is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, incorrect prices, cancelled flights, or decisions made based on information displayed.
6. Intellectual property
All content, design and code on Wayplit is owned by or licensed to Wayplit. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.
7. Changes to the Service
We may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
