Wayplit: Meet in the middle

1. What we collect

Wayplit does not require you to create an account. When you perform a search we temporarily store the departure cities, travel dates and the results returned by our flight-data provider so that results pages can be shared via URL. No personal identifiers are linked to your search.

We may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance purposes. These are retained for up to 30 days and are never sold.

2. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function (e.g. session tokens for CSRF protection). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No third-party analytics scripts are loaded on this site.

3. Flight data & third parties

Flight prices and availability are sourced from Kiwi.com (Tequila API). When you click a booking link you are redirected to a third-party airline or travel booking site whose own privacy policy governs that interaction. We do not transmit any personal data to Kiwi.com on your behalf.

4. Data retention

Search records (city pairs and dates, no personal data) are retained for up to 90 days to allow shared links to remain valid, then automatically deleted.

5. Your rights

Because we do not collect personal data, most data-protection rights (access, erasure, portability) do not apply in the traditional sense. If you have any concerns, please contact us at hello@wayplit.com.
